What client side means.
Client side project management means klas. advisory is engaged directly by the client, the principal under the building contract. We advise on feasibility, set the budget position, run procurement, administer the contract and assess every claim, variation and extension of time on your behalf, reporting independently through to completion. We take no instruction and no payment from any other party to the project, and we hold no referral arrangements, so our advice carries no conflict of interest. That is the difference between client side and builder side project management: each side of a building contract deserves its own representative, and klas. advisory is yours.
